For correct installation, we recommend that you refer to the User's Manual on the home page of our website.Following this procedure the product will stick without any inconvenience to the surface.

The glue/adhesive provides the necessary chemical anchoring. At the same time, VeneTile mosaics are mechanically fixed, since when the bridges are covered by the material, it acts as an anchor preventing the detachment of the mosaic.

Does the product deteriorate in the sun, chemicals and over time?

VeneTile venetian mosaic tiles are formulated under the highest quality standards.
Our formula contains additives that provide the necessary protection against the action of ultraviolet rays 
and the deterioration they may suffer from contact with chemical products such as chlorine, bleach water, 
clarifying agents, etc.

As for the passage of time, it may not retain the same color intensity over the years, as happens with any
product or material in constant contact with water, chemicals and sunlight.

Do VeneTile Venetian mosaics scratch?

VeneTile siding will not scratch as long as it is properly installed.

They do not scratch in normal daily use.
It is possible that when in contact with abrasive materials (e.g. aluminum scouring pad)
may wear or scratch.

How and where can VeneTile tiles be placed?

Our product is designed to be placed on any type of surface that is properly prepared for this purpose.

It is not recommended for use on floors and high traffic areas.

Can VeneTile be placed over existing tile or other covering?

Accepted Answer

VeneTile can be installed over existing coverings if they are firm and the adhesive sticks to the tile.

If necessary, the coating over which VeneTile is to be installed should be scratched or covered with a
layer of a material that serves as an adherent for the adhesive to stick to.

Can VeneTile be used to line fiberglass pools?

VeneTile Venetian mosaic tiles cannot be used to line fiberglass pools because there is 
no glue that will adhere to the surface.

Can I solve my pool crack with VeneTile?

Accepted Answer

Lining your pool with our product will help prevent the generation of new cracks and
crevices but will not solve problems prior to installation.

Before installing VeneTile the pool must be properly repaired and waterproofed.

How do I calculate how many m² I need for the room I want to cover?

It is recommended to purchase an additional 10% for future cuts, waste and/or repairs.

How many mosaics come per box and how much does each weigh?

Accepted Answer

A box of VeneTile comes with 29 sheets of mosaic tiles. With that quantity you will 
cover 3 m2. You can buy the whole box or by m2, in case you need less quantity.

● Size of each box: 34.5 cm wide x 34.5 cm deep x 13 cm high.
 ● Weight of each box: 4.5 kg. Approximately

Question 13

Can I put them behind a stove in a kitchen?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it can be placed behind a stove without any problem, since the temperatures it emits are around 70°, and the mosaic tiles have a resistance of up to 180°.
